Teresa-Esmeralda Sanchez is a visual artist and award-winning independent documentary filmmaker. In addition to Static Sifting Films, she is the creative director and COO at Colorway Productions and the first woman of color to become a worker-owner at the New York Sound Co-Op. Outside of documentary storytelling, her work spans a range of projects, including narrative films, music videos, commercials, local organization work, theater, and weddings. With nearly a decade of experience in all aspects of production, she's worked with brands including Hulu, Netflix, YSL, the Food Network, CNN, PBS, and more.
